  We manufacture cross-linking agents for photoresists for semiconductors with high purity "Nikalac" resin products. Sanwa Chemical provides cross-linking agents that meet the needs of customers by changing the ratio of components and removing metal impurities, and has received high praise for its melamine and urea-based cross-linking agents for photoresists.

  Liquid melamine resin developed by Nippon Carbide Industries has been manufactured under the brand name "Nikalac" since the 1960s as cross-linking agents, modifying agents, textile processing agents, paper processing agents, printing inks, and other synthetic resin paints for automobiles, and is widely used in applications such as adhesives. In recent years, Sanwa Chemical has expanded its application to functional coating of PET film.
